A recipe for success

In this specialised degree students focus exclusively on pastry, chocolate and bakery arts. You will master advanced patisserie and boulangerie techniques, operate chocolate tempering and moulding, create decorative showpieces, and develop artisan bread and confections, all while gaining business and leadership skills for the kitchen of tomorrow.

Our programme blends hands-on practical training in state-of-the-art kitchens with academic study, culminating in industry internships. You will progress through intensive practical modules, face real-world bakery and pastry operations, and learn business essentials: cost management, supplier sourcing, brand building and innovation in desserts and baked goods.
