Located in the heart of Lucerne, our two main campuses provide you with comfortable rooms and modern amenities to help you feel at home throughout your time with us. Both campuses are within walking distance of each other and easily accessible by public transport. Additionally, classes take place in four other buildings all situated nearby.
Lakeside campus
Experience the timeless elegance of our Lakeside campus, nestled within the historic Union Hotel. This iconic landmark beautifully preserves the sophistication and charm of the early 20th century. Once a grand hotel, the Union Hotel has a rich legacy, having hosted prestigious hospitality management institutions and the University of Lucerne.
The facilities boast upscale student accommodation, state-of-the-art classrooms, four professional-grade kitchens for our culinary and pastry students, and a magnificent grand hall perfect for fine dining experiences and special events.

City Campus
Conveniently located near the historic old town and the iconic Gütsch Hotel, City Campus features our main student restaurant and administrative offices. With modern amenities, including spacious areas for socialising, cosy study corners, and comfortable rooms equipped with private kitchens and balconies, it’s the perfect place to live and learn.

Our culinary students have access to seven professional-grade kitchens across three locations. The application kitchens feature individual workstations, allowing students to practice and apply techniques demonstrated at the front, which are also displayed on screens for clear visibility. The production kitchens offer students hands-on experience in both the operation and management of a professional kitchen.
